IWBNI there were a menu item View>Scale View To>1000%. Also, IWBNI if an accelerator key were assigned to this menu item (e.g. Ctrl+9).

1000% is the maximum value that may be entered in View>Scale View To>Other. This extreme close-up view is useful when positioning objects.
