IWBNI the 2-up printing function could be enhanced to automatically print all pages or a range of pages of a document in the appropriate order to create a single signature booklet.

This could be implemented by changing the Page Ranges text box at the bottom of the Print dialog box to be a button that displays a new dialog box called Page Ranges that provides the following options:

( ) single-sided 1-up
( ) double-sided 1-up
( ) single-sided 2-up
( ) double-sided 2-up
( ) a text box to specify a custom page range

The text box on the Page Ranges dialog box would have the same functionality as the current Page Ranges text box on the Print dialog box.

Note: The JW Booklet Preparation third-party plug-in by Jari Williamsson may be used to generate page number sequences for booklets.
