Completely Redesign the Tablature Feature
IWBNI the tablature feature of Finale were completely redesigned to
include many of the features and functions of the following tablature programs:
For example, the following features could be added:

A keyboard shortcut to move a given note from one string to another.

An option to use letters in spaces instead of numbers on strings.

An option to reverse the order in which strings are indicated.
-
Allow letters or numbers to be used for bass strings.
-
Allow tab styles and instrument definitions to be saved.
-
Allow tablature to be exported in common formats such as Wayne Cripps tab,
StringWalker, and Fronimo.
-
Provide a set of predefined tablature styles that emulate famous manuscripts.
-
Allow stems to be added to tablature notation that has already been created.
