IWBNI it were possible to use the menu item Measure>Insert to insert a specified number of measures into a selected range of staves. As it is now, this command inserts a specified number of measures into all staves.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox called Insert into Selected Staves Only to the Insert Measures dialog box. If this option is not selected, measures would be inserted into all staves as in the current version of Finale. If this option is selected, measures would be inserted into only those staves which are in the region that was selected prior to selecting the menu item Measure>Insert.
