Display Staff Handles at the Left Edge of the Document Window

When the current tool is the staff tool and current view is such that the leftmost edge of a given staff is outside of the view, IWBNI a staff handle were displayed for the staff near the left edge of the document window. As it is now staff handles, are always displayed near the leftmost edge of a staff.

This feature would be useful, for example when adjusting the vertical position of a given staff in the case when the view percentage is such that the leftmost edge of the staff is outside of the view.

This could be implemented by displaying a staff handle on the top line of a given staff if the normal position of the staff handle (i.e. the position at which the staff handle would be displayed in the current version of Finale) is outside of the view. For example, staff handles could be displayed as shown in the following figure:

Note: In some ways, the feature proposed in this suggestion would be analogous to the way measure handles are now displayed for a measure of a system. Specifically, for a given measure of a given system, a measure handle is displayed at the topmost point at which the top line of a staff intersects the right barline of the measure.
