IWBNI there were an option to specify that the title bar of all document windows should be hidden.

This feature would be useful, for example when there is more than one document window open, and the document windows have been tiled horizontally by using the menu item Window>Tile Horizontally. In this case, one might hide the title bars of document windows to provide additional space for displaying the scores within each window.

This could be implemented by adding a menu item called Show Title Bars to the Window menu. By default this menu item would be checked so that document window titles would be shown as in the current version of Finale. If the menu item is unchecked, the title bar on all document windows would be removed.
