IWBNI in the Edit MIDI Note dialog box one could set MIDI velocity by using a list of user-defined values such as: pppp, ppp, pp, p, mp, mf, f, ff, fff, and ffff. For example, if pp is selected, the MIDI velocity could be set to the value that has been assigned to pp. This table of MIDI velocities could be set using a new option called Options>Document Settings>Dynamics.

A similar change could be made to other dialog boxes such as Set To and Scale.
