Add a Shortcut to Adjust the Horizontal Offset of a Mid-measure Clef

IWBNI there were a shortcut that could be used to adjust the horizontal offset of a given mid-measure clef. As it is now, this attribute may be adjusted by displaying the Mid-Measure Clef dialog box and changing the setting in the Horizontal Offset text box. To display this dialog box, one may press Ctrl+click on the handle for the mid-measure clef, or right click the handle and select Edit Clef Definition from the context menu.

This could be implemented by allowing one to press the Ctrl key (on the Windows platform and the Option or Shift key on the Macintosh platform) while dragging a mid-measure clef handle with the mouse or nudging a mid-measure clef handle with the left or right arrow keys to modify the horizontal offset. When a mid-measure clef handle is dragged or nudged without pressing the Ctrl key, the beat position which is specified by the H text box on the Mid-Measure Clef dialog box would be adjusted, as in the current version of Finale.

Note: The vertical offset (i.e. the setting of the V text box on the Mid-Measure Clef dialog box) may be changed for a given mid-measure clef by using the mouse or keyboard if the checkbox Allow Vertical Drag has been selected on the Mid-Measure Clef dialog box.
