Add Settings for the Thickness of Ledger Lines for Resized Notes
IWBNI there were settings that could be used to specify the thickness of ledger lines for grace notes and notes or noteheads that have been resized by using the resize tool.
As it is now, the ratio between the thickness of the ledger lines of a given resized note or a given note with a resized notehead and that of a normal note (which is specified by the Ledger Lines text box in the Thickness section of the Lines dialog box) equals the percentage by which the note has been resized. For grace notes this ratio in thicknesses equals the percentage specified in the Grace Note Size text box on the Notation Options dialog box.
For example, with Grace Note Size set to 50%, the ledger lines of a grace would be as shown in the following figure:
Some would prefer to have the thickness of ledger lines of grace notes or resized notes match that of normal notes as shown in the following figure:
This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Notation Options dialog box:
----------------------------------------------
Notation Options Dialog Box
Grace Note Ledger Line Thickness: _____
----------------------------------------------
Also, the following controls could be added to the Resize Note and Resize Notehead dialog boxes:
----------------------------------------------
Resize Note Dialog Box and
Resize Notehead Dialog Box
Ledger Line Thickness: _____
----------------------------------------------
