Skip Zero-beat Time Signatures with Spacebar-click Playback

IWBNI time signatures that have zero beats were skipped when playback is invoked by pressing Spacebar+Click.

For some workarounds, one inserts an empty measure into a score. For example, empty measures can be inserted to alter the natural ordering of the leading clef, time signature, key signature and forward repeat within a given measure, or to append a cautionary key signature before the barline in the last bar of a first ending. To have an empty measure skipped during playback, one may create a zero-beat time signature (e.g. 0/4) by using the Composite Time Signature dialog box. When the Playback Controls window is used to invoke playback, such measures will have zero duration. However, as it is now, if playback is invoked by pressing Spacebar+Click, a 0/4 measure will play back as if it were a 1/4 measure.
