There is no way to see a MIDI continuous data event that has been inserted into a score when the value of the data event is 0. Such events are sometimes useful for controllers such as volume (controller 7), "all notes off" (controller 123), the mod wheel (controller 1) and the damper (controller 64). IWBNI if it were possible to see such events in the top half of the MIDI split screen.
