A Base File Name Insert for Text Blocks

IWBNI there were a text insert called Base File Name that could be used to insert the base file name of the current file into a text block. Here, "base file name" means the portion of a given file name that occurs after the path or directory and before the period that precedes the file-name extension. For example, in the file name "c:\temp\test\Viola.mus", the base file name would be "Viola".

This type of insert would be useful when the base file name of a given single-staff or single-group part file matches the name of the staff or group that is contained within the file. In this case, this insert could be used to include a staff or group name in a header or footer text block in the part file.

For a related suggestion, see: Suggestion 188: Staff/Group Name Insert for Text Blocks.
