IWBNI the Transposition option for all guitar staves in the templates that are provided with Finale were set to Up Octave. Note: The guitar is a transposing instrument for which pitches sound an octave lower than written. As it is now, guitar staves in templates play back at a pitch that is one octave too high.

This could be implemented by setting the Transposition to Key Signature Up Octave on the Staff Transpositions dialog box for all guitar staves in template files.

For example, this would affect the "Guitar" staff in the template file "Guitar Tablature.ftm".
