Allow Regions to be Named and Selected by Name
IWBNI it were possible to name regions and select regions be name.
For example, with this feature one could define and name regions of the following types:
The Add Region menu item would display a new dialog box called Add Region that could be identical to the Select Region dialog box with the exception that a Name text box could be inserted at the top of the dialog box to allow one to assign a name to a given region, and the OK button would be replaced by an Add button. If the Add Region dialog box is displayed when a given region is selected, the controls in the Add Region dialog box would be automatically initialized to the selected region (in the same way that these controls are initialized when the Select Region dialog box is displayed when a region has been selected).
The Edit Regions menu item would display a new dialog box called Edit Regions that could be modeled after the Edit Bookmarks dialog box, and could bear the same relationship to the Add Region dialog box that the Edit Bookmarks dialog box bears to the Add Bookmark dialog box.
The names of defined regions could be listed below the Edit Regions menu item in the same way that bookmark names are listed in the Bookmarks submenu.
The existing menu item Select Region on the Edit menu that displays the Select Region dialog box could be moved to the Regions submenu. And, a list box called Regions could be added to the Select Regions dialog box that would contain a list of the regions that have been defined. When a given region is selected from the list, the controls in the dialog box would automatically be set to the values associated with the region.
