An Option to Set the Display Color of Objects that are Not Printed

IWBNI it were possible to specify the display color that is to be used for objects that are displayed but not printed. Note: One may specify that a given object be displayed but not printed by selecting the option Display On Screen Only (Do Not Print) on the appropriate dialog box or menu.

This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Select Display Colors dialog box:

----------------------------------------
Select Display Colors Dialog Box

[ ] [Display-Only Objects]
----------------------------------------

The button Display-Only Objects would be used to set the color of objects that are displayed but not printed. A checkbox would be placed to the left of this button. When this checkbox is not selected, the display color of a given object that is to be displayed but not printed would match that of the class of objects of which the object is a member.
