Add Previous Frame and Next Frame Buttons to the Edit Frame Dialog Box

IWBNI there were buttons on the Edit Frame dialog box that could be used to move to the previous or next frame. Note: The Edit Frame dialog box may be displayed by selecting the speedy entry tool and clicking a measure while pressing the Ctrl key.

As it is now, to view information that pertains to the previous or next frame, one must close the Edit Frame dialog box and press Ctrl+click on the previous or next measure.

This could be implemented by using the Articulation Designer dialog box as a model. Small scroll buttons could be added at the top left corner of the Edit Frame dialog box as shown in the following figure:
