A Keyboard Shortcut to Flip a Tuplet Marking

IWBNI there were a keyboard shortcut that could be used to flip the placement of a selected tuplet marking from above notes to below notes, and vice versa. As it is now, a given tuplet bracket may be flipped manually by changing the sign on the numbers in the Left Hook and Right Hook text boxes on the Tuplet Definition dialog box and by dragging the bracket up or down as needed.

This could be implemented by using the existing functionality for ties and slurs as a model. A Tuplet menu could be inserted into the main menu when the tuplet tool is selected. A submenu called Direction could be added to the Tuplet menu. The following menu items could be added to the Direction submenu:
