IWBNI the handle of a selected tuplet were not automatically deselected after a tuplet is dragged by using the mouse. As it is now, when a tuplet handle is dragged, the handle is deselected when the mouse button is released.

This would be useful when the nudge keys are to be used to make fine adjustments to the position of a given tuplet immediately after it has been dragged.
