An Option to Place Tuplet Markings on the Stem Side of Notes

IWBNI there were an option to place tuplet markings (e.g. numbers, ratios, brackets and slurs) on the stem side of notes according to the following rules:

Or, equivalently, place tuplet markings below notes if and only if all notes in the tuplet have down stems.

As it is now, there are two Placement options for tuplets on the Tuplet Definition dialog box: Manual and Beam Side. When Manual is selected, the tuplet is placed above the notes. When Beam Side is selected, the tuplet is placed below the notes if and only if the first note of the tuplet has a down stem and is beamed to the previous or next note. If stem-side placement is desired, the sign on the numbers in the Left Hook and Right Hook text boxes can be changed manually and the tuplet bracket can be dragged up or down as needed.

This could be implemented by adding an item called Stem Side to the Placement list box on the Tuplet Definition dialog box. If Stem Side is selected, the tuplet would be placed according to the rules stated here. For example if Stem Side is selected, tuplets would be placed as shown in the following figures:

Figure 1. All Stems Down

Figure 2. All Stems Up

Figure 3. Mixed Stems

Note: If Beam Side were selected (instead of Stem Side) for these examples, the tuplet markings would be above, above and below for Figures 1 through 3, respectively.
