IWBNI there were an option to specify that measure-attached expressions should be included when creating cue notes with the add cue notes function that is available in the TGTools third-party plug-in by Tobias Giesen. As it is now, note-attached (but not measure-attached) expressions may be included.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox called Copy Measure-Attached Expressions to the Add Cue Notes dialog box.

Note: The add cue notes function that is available in TGTools is an enhanced version of the add cue notes plug-in that is included with Finale.
