IWBNI, for a given document that has been created by using the Document Setup Wizard, the document title specified in the Title text box of the Document Setup Wizard dialog box were used as a default value for the file name until the file is saved, in the same way that the name "Untitled" is used for new documents that are created by selecting the menu item Empty Document from the File>New submenu. The specified title would be used in the title bar of the document window and as the file name that is provided automatically in the File name text box of the Save As dialog box. As it is now, the file name provided for such documents matches that of the default file specified on the Other Program Options dialog box.
