Remove Deleted Text Blocks when Removing Deleted Items

IWBNI all remnants of deleted text blocks were deleted when the operation Remove Deleted Items is performed. As it is now, when a text block is created, data objects of type TX, pT and block are created. When a text block is deleted, the data object of type pT is deleted. However, data objects of type TX and block are not deleted. Also, the TX and block data objects remain after the item Remove Deleted Items on the Options>Data Check submenu has been selected. This can be verified by comparing the four ETF files created from the following steps:

  1. Select File>New>Default Document.
  2. Save the default file as an ETF file called 1.etf.
  3. Create a text block.
  4. Save the file as an ETF file called 2.etf.
  5. Delete the text block created in step 3.
  6. Save the file as an ETF file called 3.etf.
  7. Select Remove Deleted Items on the Options>Data Check submenu.
  8. Save the file as an ETF file called 4.etf.

Note: The block data object contains the formatted text for a text block.
