Document All Drag-Enclose Shortcuts for Zoom Tool

IWBNI in the Zoom Tool section of the on-line documentation file Keyboard Shortcuts and Special Mouse Clicks (keycuts.pdf), an entry were added for each type of shortcut where drag-enclose may be used. As it is now, the keyboard shortcuts listed in the Zoom Tool section are as follows:

Command Keyboard Shortcut or Mouse Click
Zoom in (enlarge 2x, if tool is selected) Click the score
Zoom out (reduce by 1/2, if tool is selected) Ctrl-click the score
Temporarily switch to Zoom Tool: enlarge Shift-click the right mouse button
Temporarily switch to Zoom Tool: reduce Ctrl-Shift-click the right mouse button
Fill the screen with the selected area drag-enclose and area

In this table, the use of drag-enclose in combination with the Shift and Ctrl keys is not documented. Also, it is not indicated that drag-enclose may be used in page view only.

This feature could be implemented by replacing this table with the following table:

Enlarge by factor of 2 (if tool is selected) Click the score
Reduce by factor of 1/2 (if tool is selected) Ctrl-click the score

Reduce by factor of 1/2 (if tool is not selected) Ctrl-Shift-click the right mouse button
