Redraw Guide Lines after an Object is Moved
IWBNI guide lines were redrawn after a given object has been moved by dragging the object or nudging the object with the arrow keys. As it is now, for some object types (e.g. tuplets), guide lines are redrawn after the object is moved because the entire screen is redrawn when such objects are moved. For most object types (e.g. articulations, expressions, text blocks, accidentals, smart shapes, etc.), guide lines are not redrawn after the object is moved. As a result, when an object is moved, the segments of a guide line that were covered by the object before it is moved are not visible after the object has been moved.
This could be implemented by redrawing all guide lines (but not the entire window) after an object has been moved.
