IWBNI all options that pertain to a given tool were moved from the Options>Documents Settings submenu to the menu item for the tool which is inserted into the main menu when the tool is selected.

This could be implemented by moving the menu items for the following dialog boxes:

The Clef, Repeat and TimeSignature menus would be new menus that are inserted into the main menu when the corresponding tool is selected in the same way that the Expression menu is inserted when the expression tool is selected.
