IWBNI it were possible to use the key combinations Shift+Del, Ctrl+Ins and Shift+Ins to invoke the operations cut, copy and paste, respectively, with Finale on the Windows platform.

This could be implemented by preserving the existing keyboard shortcuts Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V and by treating the key combinations Shift+Del, Ctrl+Ins and Shift+Ins as equivalent to Ctrl+X, Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V, respectively, throughout the program.

Exception: With the staff tool, the keyboard shortcut Shift+Del could continue to be used to delete the selected staves and reposition the remaining staves.
