IWBNI the arrow keys could be used to navigate in page view.

This could be implemented by assigning the following functions to the arrow keys in the case when no handles are selected:

Right Arrow = clicking on the right button on horizontal scroll bar

Left Arrow = clicking on the left button on horizontal scroll bar

Down Arrow = clicking on the down button on vertical scroll bar

Up Arrow = clicking on the up button on vertical scroll bar
