An Option to Select the Display Color of Real Whole Rests

IWBNI it were possible to specify the display color that is to be used for real whole rests. A real whole rest is one that has been entered. As it is now, the display color of all rests matches that of the layer in which they are contained. As a result, real whole rests and default whole rests (i.e. rest that are displayed in empty measures) are indistinguishable. With this feature it would be possible to set the display color of real whole rests to be different from that of default whole rests.

This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Select Display Colors dialog box:

----------------------------------------
Select Display Colors Dialog Box

[ ] [Real Whole Rests Layer 1]
[ ] [Real Whole Rests Layer 2]
[ ] [Real Whole Rests Layer 3]
[ ] [Real Whole Rests Layer 4]
----------------------------------------

The buttons Real Whole Rests Layer 1 through Real Whole Rests Layer 4 would be used to set the color of real whole rests in each layer. A checkbox would be placed to the left of each of these buttons. When this checkbox is not selected for real whole rests in a given layer, the display color of all real whole rests in the layer would match that of the layer.
