Add Buttons to Select Page View or Scroll View
IWBNI there were buttons located at the bottom of the document window that could be used to select page view or scroll view.
This could be implemented by changing the label for the Measure text box at the bottom of the scroll view window and the label for the Page text box at the bottom of the page view window into buttons that could be used to toggle to and from scroll view and page view. For example, the buttons shown in the following figure would be displayed in page view:
One would press the Page button to toggle to Scroll view. In scroll view the label for this button would be Measure:. This change could be made in such a way so as to preserve the keyboard interface on the Windows platform that may be used to direct the keyboard focus to the Measure and Page text boxes by pressing Alt+U and Alt+A, respectively.
Alternatively, two small buttons could be inserted between the fourth layer button and the text box label. The buttons could be labeled S and P for scroll view and page view, respectively. For example, with this implementation the buttons shown in the following figure would be displayed in page view:
