IWBNI there were a menu item called Define Articulations on an Articulation menu (associated with the articulation tool) that would display a dialog box called Articulations where one could create or edit articulations.

The Articulations dialog box would be identical to the Articulation Selection dialog box, except the dialog box title would be changed and the Select button would be renamed as OK.
