IWBNI there were a menu item called Define Expressions on the Expression menu that would display a dialog box called Expressions where one could create or edit expressions.

The Expressions dialog box would be identical to the Expression Selection dialog box, except the dialog box title would be changed, the Select button would be renamed as OK, and the Measure-attached and Note-attached option buttons would be removed.
