IWBNI there were an option to specify that the tool icons that are displayed to the left of each menu item in the Tools menu should be hidden. As it is now, the tool icons are displayed unconditionally.

When using a low-resolution display setting such as 640x480, 17 of the 28 menu items on the Tools menu are visible at any one time. With tool icons hidden, it would be possible to display up to 26 menu items at once.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox called Hide Tools Menu Icons to the Other Program Options dialog box.
