IWBNI there were keyboard shortcuts that could be used to jump the first or last measures of a region of measures that has been selected.

This could be implemented by adding menu items called Start of Selected Region and End of Selected Region to the View menu. Keyboard shortcuts could be assigned to these menu items. For example, the keys Ctrl+Home and Ctrl+End could be used for this purpose. These menu items would be disabled when no region is selected and would be enabled whenever a region is selected in page view or scroll view.
