IWBNI there were an option to specify that all chord handles should be displayed at all times in all chord input modes. As it is now, the handle for a given chord which is used to change the position of the chord may be displayed by selecting the menu item Manual Input from the Chord menu and clicking on the note to which the chord is attached.

This could be implemented by adding a menu item called Show All Handles to the Chord menu. With this option selected, the handles of all chords would be displayed whenever the current tool is the chord tool. Chord handles would be displayed for all the following input modes: Manual Input, Type Into Score, MIDI Input, One-Staff Analysis and Two-Staff Analysis.
