Allow Triplets to be Entered in Speedy Entry without Pressing Ctrl or Opt

IWBNI it were possible to enter a triplet in speedy entry without pressing Ctrl/Opt. As it is now, the triplet key combination Ctrl/Opt+3 is pressed to begin a triplet in speedy entry.

This could be implemented by allowing one to assign the functionality of the speedy entry triplet key (i.e. Ctrl/Opt+3) to the 8 key which is ordinarily used to enter a double whole note duration. A menu item called Options could be added to the Speedy menu. This menu item would display a new dialog box called Speedy Entry Options that could contain the following checkboxes:

-------------------------------------------------------------
Speedy Entry Options

[ ] Replace 8 key with Begin Triplet
[ ] Replace Ctrl/Opt+3 with Double Whole Note Duration
