IWBNI it were possible to specify that the function Update Layout should cause there to be more than one system on the last page. As it is now, measures may be moved manually from one system to the next by using the mass mover tool.

This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Update Layout Options dialog box:

For example, with these controls one could specify that there should be at least 2 systems on the last page. The options for Move Measures as Needed to would be used to specify whether measures should be moved forward or backward when making automatic adjustments to satisfy the constraint imposed by Minimum Number of Systems on Last Page.
