IWBNI additional ruler tick marks were labeled when a large view percentage is selected. As it is now, for view percentages above 100%, the distance between labels on the ruler is always one inch except when Measurement Units>Centimeters is selected, the distance between labels is one centimeter. At large view percentages, it is often the case that no ruler labels are visible.

This could be implemented by adding a menu item called Ruler Options to the View menu. This menu item would display a new dialog box called Ruler Options that could contain the following controls:

The settings for centimeters would be used when Measurement Units>Centimeters is selected. Otherwise the settings for inches would be used.
