IWBNI it were possible to specify that the Update Layout Options dialog box should be displayed when the menu item Update Layout is selected on the Edit menu, or equivalently when Ctrl+U is pressed. As it is now, this dialog box is not displayed in response to these events.

This feature would enable one to check that the correct layout options have been specified prior to updating the layout.

This could be implemented by adding a checkbox option called Show Update Layout Options When Updating Layout to the Update Layout Options dialog box. When using this feature, the OK and Cancel buttons on the Update Layout Options dialog box would be used to invoke or abort the update process, respectively.
