Automatically Created Staff Sets for Single Staves and Staff Groups

IWBNI a staff set were automatically created for each staff and each staff group within a given score. The following menu items could be added to allow one to access such staff sets:

1. View>Select Staff Set>Single Staff. Off of this item, there would be another cascaded menu that would list all the staves by name (e.g. "Violin 1", "Violin 2", "Flute 1", etc.).

2. View>Select Staff Set>Staff Group. Off of this item, there would be another cascaded menu that would list all the staff groups by name (e.g. "Winds", "Brass", "Percussion", "Strings", etc.).
