Option to Set the Default Vertical Position of the Speedy Entry Editing Frame
IWBNI it were possible to specify the default vertical position of the speedy entry editing frame. As it is now, when a measure is clicked to display the speedy entry editing frame, the top of the frame is positioned at the 4th ledger line above the staff.
With this feature, one could raise the default vertical position of the editing frame when entering high passages.
This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Other Program Options dialog box:

Speedy Entry Editing Frame:
Staff Position of Top of Frame _____ (default: 8)
---------------------------------------------------
The default value of 8 would cause the editing frame to be positioned at the 4th ledger line above a 5-line staff.
