IWBNI the Custom Frame dialog box which is used for text blocks and the Enclosure Designer dialog box which is used for text expressions, measure numbers and text repeats, were merged into a single dialog box. Then, some of the features of custom frames (e.g. the ability to select user-defined shapes created with Shape Designer and the Inset Text control) could be given to enclosures. And, some of the features of enclosures (e.g. pre-defined geometric shapes such as a Triangle, Hexagon and Octagon; the Opaque checkbox; the Line Thickness control; the Fixed Enclosure Size checkbox; and the options to Enforce Minimum Width or Match Height and Width) could be given to custom frames.
