IWBNI there were a utility that could be used to delete measures from a score in such a way that the the measure numbers of the remaining measures as defined by measure number regions would remain unchanged. The utility would automatically create new measure number regions as needed by using existing measure number regions as a template.

This feature would be useful when measures are cut (i.e. deleted) from a score for the purposes of a given performance and original measure numbers are used to refer to the remaining measures (e.g. measures 42-51, followed by 104-146, followed by 209.)
