IWBNI it were possible to select a set of page or system margin handles when using the page layout tool. As it is now, only one handle may be selected at a time.

This could be implemented by allowing one to drag-enclose a set of handles or to use Ctrl+click to select a handle. When a contiguous set of systems is selected, the selected range of systems could be automatically reflected in the System Range controls on the Edit System Margins dialog box.
