IWBNI it were possible to specify that the Playback Controls and Instrument List windows should not be always on top of document windows. As it is now these windows are always on top.

This could be implemented by adding the following checkboxes to the Other Program Options dialog box:

[ ] Playback Controls Always on Top
[ ] Instrument List Always on Top
--------------------------------------

Checking these options would yield the current behavior. With these options unchecked, one could click on a given document window to cause the window to be displayed on top of the Playback Controls or Instrument List windows.
