Space Between Accidentals and Notes with Ledger Lines

IWBNI it were possible to specify the space to be placed between accidentals and notes in the case when there are ledger lines. As it is now, there is a setting called Space Between Accidental and Note on the Music Options dialog box that is used for all cases including those for which there are ledger lines.

This could be implemented by adding a new edit control called Space Between Accidental and Note with Ledger Lines on the Music Options dialog box. This new setting could be used in place of the existing setting Space Between Accidental and Note for any note that has at least one ledger line and all notes in all layers of a chord that has at least one ledger line.
