IWBNI it were possible to create and edit measure-assigned text blocks while in page view. As it is now, such text blocks may only be created and edited in scroll view.

This feature would simplify the task of positioning measure-assigned text blocks on a page.

To create a measure-assigned text block in page view, one could double-click the measure to which the text block is to be assigned. If one double-clicked outside of a measure in page view, a page-assigned text block would be created.

Alternatively, one could use shift-double-click (or shift-double-click and drag) to indicate that a measure-assigned text block is to be created in which case the text block would be assigned to the nearest measure. With this approach, double-click (or double-click and drag) would continue to be used to create page-assigned text blocks.
