IWBNI it were possible to specify that the One-Staff Analysis and Two-Staff Analysis functions of the chord tool should consider notes in all layers. As it is now, these functions ignore all notes that are not in the active layer.

This could be implemented by adding a menu item called Chord Options to the Chord menu that is associated with the chord tool. This item would display a new dialog box called Chord Options that could contain the following controls:
