Treating Silent Regions as Barlines with Cautionary Accidentals Plug-in

IWBNI it were possible to specify that silent regions of a given duration or more should be treated as barlines when using the cautionary accidentals plug-in.

This feature would be useful when using long measures as with cadenzas or unmeasured music and there are passages within measures that are separated by relatively long period of silence.

This could be implemented by adding the following controls to the Cautionary Accidentals Options dialog box:

-------------------------------------------
[ ] Treat _____ EDUs of Rest as a Barline
-------------------------------------------

For example, one could specify that all silent periods that have a duration of at least 2048 EDUs (or equivalently, one 1/2 note) should be treated as barlines for the purpose of adjusting accidentals.
