Add Links to Major Subsections of On-line Documentation Index

IWBNI there were links that could be used to quickly jump to major subsections of the on-line documentation index FinIX.pdf. As it is now, one can find a particular subsection (e.g. Tuplets) by using the letter links (e.g. A, B, C, etc.) that run along the right side of the document or by using the menu item Edit>Find in the Adobe Acrobat Reader.

This could be implemented by providing intermediate lists of links. When a given letter link such as T is selected, a short list of links to the major subsections within the selected lettered section could be displayed. For example, the following links could be provided for the T section:

------------------------
Tab Slides
Tablature
Tempo
Text
Text Blocks
Text Menu
Ties
Time Signatures
Transcribing
Transposing
Tremolos
Trills
Tuplets
------------------------

Alternatively, on the first page of the index the following links could be provided for the S and T sections of the index which together span 9 pages of the 33-page index:

------------------------
Shape Designer
Simple Entry
Slurs
Smart Shapes
Special Tools
Speedy Entry
Staff Attributes
Stems
Systems

Tempo
Text
Ties
Time Signatures
Transcribing
Transposing
Tuplets
------------------------
