IWBNI it were possible to adjust the size of the gap in which the number or ratio is positioned in a given tuplet bracket or tuplet slur. As it is now, the size of this gap is determined automatically as a function of the width of the font characters used for the number or ratio.

This could be implemented by adding an edit control called Gap to the Position section of the Tuplet Definition dialog box.
